At OIO | SOUND, each item is made to order specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering mistakes, including incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Please review all sizing charts and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at keith@oio-sound.com with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Custom or made-to-order items
Sale items
Gift cards
Worn, washed, or used products

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
